Some squadmate bonus powers add a general damage bonus to the squad (such as Garrus's squad power damage bonus), which will increase your ammo power damage, but these squad bonuses are not always applied properly. The Power Amplifier mod for pistols and SMGs (Citadel DLC) will also increase the damage of ammo powers, but only when using the pistol or SMG. Soldier has a general +10% power damage in Combat Mastery, and Weapon Mastery will add another +40% specifically to ammo powers.įortification's rank 5 Power Synergy evolution will also increase the damage of the native ammo powers for Soldier, Infiltrator, and Vanguard. Same goes for Infiltrator and Vanguard (+35% total), which will increase the damage of their native Disruptor and Incendiary Ammo.

You can test in the squad screen and see the difference. Ammo powers are strictly "combat" powers and so only generic power damage bonuses will work, whether they be from passive or from a bonus like Fortification. Only Fortification buffs ammo power damage, since it is a vanilla power damage bonus.
